Called with questions about a possible small claims security deposit case on a Saturday morning and answered. Was very honest and upfront about costs. Even stayed on the phone for a couple minutes to hear out my case and answered some questions. I did not go with their services but appreciated the time.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Had Brett and his team help me with a traffic ticket that could have affected my commercial license. I've had no prior experience with the courts, let alone a court in a state I don't reside in so I was quite nervous about how everything would play out. Brett explained everything and answered all my questions and was even able to appear on my behalf, saving me a lengthy drive from Ohio. While I hope I'm never in need of his help again, he would be my first call with no hesitation if that need should present itself.

I had called very late at night and to my surprise he answered the phone. He had no bad feelings towards me for such a late call...answered all my concerns. A few days had gone by and my gut said to hire him! I'm so very glad I did. My case may have took 7 months too long due to other parties involved but, Mr appelman kept pursuing and pushing and etc....I had never seen the inside of the court room nor do I to this day know what the judge looks like....Mr appelman kept every promise that he couldn't make lol as well as he got me the best ever ending to my case...I'm very fortunate to have had him represent me. I was referred to Brett by a friend to help me collect on some overdue invoices. Brett and his partner Tim helped me when I had no idea how to handle a license suspension. They would answer every call and remember the details of my case on the spot. When I received a letter in the mail that said I would be serving a 6 month license suspension I researched lawyers right away. I called Brett Appelman and the process was very smooth sailing. Within a week Brett was able to get a court hearing to reopen my case which I had already admitted guilty to. We were in and out and I left with court supervision.
